Everything going okay at the moment.
Did my first 100 mile bike of the year last week + 75 mile Sunday marshalling the Diss duathlon. Running 23-25+ mile a week and started my 90min bike / 30min run brick routines.
4 weeks until the Mojo
5 weeks until the NN100 TT
Swimming is slower than last year but Im confident that I'll sort out in open water which begins next week.
Biking feels slow but it's been windy for over a month now. I need to assess once it calms a bit.
Running is going well.
All in all pretty happy with progress.
Still haven't got the TT bike back yet. Hopefully in the next week and then we can start motoring!!
